1. What are DTF Transfers?

DTF (Direct-to-Film) Transfers are high-quality, full-color heat transfers that can be applied to a wide variety of fabrics using a heat press. They produce vibrant colors, sharp details, and long-lasting durability, making them perfect for custom apparel, clothing brands, businesses, schools, and sports teams.

2. What fabrics can DTF Transfers be applied to?

Our Premium DTF Transfers work on most fabric types, including:

  • 100% Cotton
  • 100% Polyester

3. Is there a minimum order quantity?

No! We proudly offer No Minimum Orders, so you can order one transfer or thousands. Whether you're testing a new design or placing a large production order, we've got you covered.

4. How do I create a DTF Gang Sheet?

It's simple! Use our Build Your Custom DTF Gang Sheet tool to arrange multiple designs on one sheet, or upload your completed layout using our Upload Your Custom DTF Gang Sheet option.

5. What file types do you accept?

For the best print quality, we recommend uploading:

  • PNG (Transparent Background)
  • PDF
  • AI
  • EPS
  • PSD (High Resolution)

For the sharpest results, your artwork should be 300 DPI at the actual print size with a transparent background whenever possible.

6. How long does production take?

We offer Fast Turnaround on every order. Production times may vary depending on order size and current demand, but our team works hard to print and ship your order as quickly as possible.

Yes! We offer Local Pickup at both of our Texas locations:

8. How do I apply DTF Transfers?

Applying your transfer is easy:

  1. Pre-press the garment for a few seconds.
  2. Position the transfer on the garment.
  3. Heat press using the recommended temperature, pressure, and time.
  4. Peel according to the transfer instructions.
  5. Perform a final press for the best durability and finish.

9. Can I wash garments after applying DTF Transfers?

Yes! Our Premium DTF Transfers are designed for outstanding wash durability.

For the best results:

  • Wash garments inside out.
  • Use cold or warm water.
  • Avoid using bleach.
  • Tumble dry on low heat or hang dry.
  • Do not iron directly over the printed design.
