Order Processing

We work hard to process every order as quickly as possible.

  • Most orders are processed within 1–3 business days.
  • Production time may vary depending on order size, artwork approval, and seasonal demand.
  • Orders are processed Monday through Friday, excluding holidays.
  • Orders placed on weekends or holidays will begin processing on the next business day.

We always strive to deliver your order as quickly as possible without compromising print quality.

Shipping Methods

We offer Nationwide Shipping throughout the United States using trusted shipping carriers.

Shipping options and delivery estimates are displayed during checkout based on your location and selected shipping method.

Please note that shipping times begin after your order has been printed and processed, not when the order is placed.

Local Pickup

We also offer Local Pickup for customers in West Texas.

Shipping Costs

Shipping costs are calculated automatically during checkout based on:

  • Order weight
  • Package size
  • Shipping destination
  • Selected shipping service

The total shipping cost will be displayed before you complete your purchase.

Order Tracking

Once your order has shipped, you will receive a shipping confirmation email containing your tracking information.

Tracking updates are provided by the shipping carrier and may take several hours to appear after your package has been scanned.

Shipping Delays

While we work hard to ship every order on time, occasional delays may occur due to:

Incorrect Shipping Address

Premier DTF Transfers is not responsible for delays, returned packages, or additional shipping costs caused by incorrect or incomplete addresses provided during checkout.

If you notice an address error, contact us immediately. We will do our best to update your information before your order ships.

Lost or Damaged Packages

If your package arrives damaged or appears to be lost during transit:

  • Contact us as soon as possible.
  • Keep all original packaging if your order was damaged.
  • Include your order number and photos (if applicable) when contacting our support team.

We will work with you and the shipping carrier to help resolve the issue as quickly as possible.
